We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Return requests are processed within 3 business days.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either:

  • A replacement
  • Or a full refund

The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns on:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved:

  • You will be refunded to your original payment method (e.g. bank card)
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
